At Pioneer Smart Environment Group, our beekeeping initiative blends forest conservation with income generation, empowering local farmers—especially women and youth—to thrive while protecting the environment.
Supported by UNEP’s REDD+ framework, we introduced Langstroth beehives to improve honey yields and minimise harm to native vegetation. Today, our members are trained apiculture producers who harness the power of bees to pollinate trees, produce natural honey, and support sustainable land management.

We promote sustainable, climate-resilient beekeeping that protects local forests, enhances pollination, and empowers farmers with new income streams. Our approach combines modern hive technology, hands-on training, and ethical honey harvesting to support both livelihoods and the environment.
Beekeeping plays a powerful role in both environmental restoration and rural resilience. By integrating honey production with forest-friendly practices, this project supports conservation while creating steady income opportunities—especially in times when farming alone isn’t enough.
Protects forests and biodiversity
Supports livelihoods during drought-prone periods
Promotes pollination, which boosts food crop productivity
Generates income through sales of honey and beeswax
Reduces environmental degradation linked to deforestation
We invite support from conservation groups, honey buyers, training institutions, and sustainable agriculture initiatives. Let’s grow pollinator-powered enterprises that heal the land and sweeten lives.
Promoting environmental regeneration, sustainable farming, and community resilience through conservation, education, tree planting, beekeeping, and inclusive agri-business.
